• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
• Standard delivery within India takes approximately 5–10 business days.
• International shipping times vary by destination and customs clearance.
• You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
• For special or custom rugs, production may take 6–10 weeks before dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• The rug must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized rugs are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process promptly.
